Functional Medicine and Nutrigenomics Practitioner (BSc, PGDip, GCert, MSc, ACAAM)

"The greatest medicine of all is to teach people how not to need it.

Hippocrates

I am a Functional Medicine and Nutrigenomics Practitioner, specialising in infant and children's chronic health conditions.

Having spent years working as a Midwife and Child Health Nurse, I didn't have the answers to heal my own child from chronic illness. Western Medicine failed us miserably, offering labels but not solutions. I turned my focus to investigate gut health, biochemical imbalances, and genetic variations as ways to help restore health.

In 2017, I completed a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine through University of Western States, USA, graduating with distinction, then became board certified by the Australasian Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine (ACAAM). I haven't stopped learning, always with two or three courses under completion.

Each person I work with is an individual, with their own health goals and their own challenges. I meet people where they are, encouraging, motivating and inspiring them them along the way. I understand first hand how hard the journey can be, especially when juggling a family and everything else that life entails.

I am honoured to be the mother of three incredible children, who inspire me everyday to be the best version of myself that I can be.
